Del, As session is nearing an end I can't help but reflect on the impact that 100 people in Denver have over our entire State. How do 100 people in Denver know what is best for rural Colorado? I spent this session fighting for what is best for HD 59. As a Republican, I have fought for individual liberty, economic prosperity, and our Constitutional rights. I voted based on my conservative principles and what is best for the great people of HD 59. As a Republican, I believe in preserving a safe future for Colorado. That is why I sponsored HB 1256. This bill will ensure that our Colorado water isn't wasted. It will ensure that we have reservoirs to save water and we can then use this water for our necessary food-producing land. It is time for politicians to quit thinking about themselves and special interests and to start thinking about the people they represent. This can only be done by electing Citizen Legislators. I am a rancher NOT a bureaucrat. Please support my campaign and re-elect a Citizen Legislator by donating today. $5, $10, or $50 can make a big difference this election cycle. Thank you! Sincerely, J. Paul Brown HD 59 | |
