Del, Did you participate in the caucus process and exercise your right to be a national delegate for a presidential candidate? Probably not. Most people don't understand our caucus process. Most people who have been attending caucus for decades don't fully understand our caucus process. It is a convoluted system! It is time Colorado joins the majority of states in having a Presidential Primary. This would give every registered Republican and Democrat a vote to choose their next presidential candidate. Unaffiliated voters would receive a postcard instructing them to register with a Party if they want to vote in the primary. You may read my article about the bill here. I know a lot of hard working Republicans who just don't have time to attend their precinct caucus because of their jobs or families. This would give everyone an opportunity to exercise their right to vote in the Presidential Primary. This would NOT get rid of the caucus system. The process to elect the nominee for the rest of the Colorado elected seats would NOT change. As always, I am grateful for all of your support. Please help me defeat the Democrat by donating here. Thank you! Sincerely, J. Paul Brown HD 59 | |
