We deal with a lot of different issues. Recently we passed SB 11-081 which extended the period for which state income tax return forms shall include a line allowing taxpayers to make a voluntary contribution to the 9Health Fair fund. There are 15 places on the Colorado income tax forms for different contributions to benefit the specific benefits. Each beneficiary must collect at least  $75000 per year or it is eliminated and another benefit takes it's place. There is usually a sunset clause which requires the legislature to recertify the line. That is what SB 11-081 did. As long as contributions to the 9Health Fair Fund are at least the minimum amount you will see it on your income tax form until January 1, 2016. The bill is headed to the Governor for signature.
